Our Story
We started cleaning site sheds. Then our clients asked us to supply the workers building around them.
Labour Core began as a commercial cleaning company servicing construction sites across Melbourne. Through direct relationships with builders and developers, we saw a gap — our clients needed reliable labourers as much as they needed clean site sheds. We expanded into labour hire to meet that demand, building a workforce arm grounded in the same compliance and accountability we brought to cleaning.
Today we supply general construction labourers, site preparation crews, and demolition support to builders and developers across Victoria. Our cleaning division continues to service offices, commercial facilities, and active construction sites. Every worker we place is covered under PAYG withholding, superannuation, and WorkCover — because cutting corners is not how we operate.
